PageDragon Portal
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the PageDragon Portal and its project communication features.
Last updated July 16, 2026
Using the Portal
The PageDragon Portal is a business collaboration service for authorized users. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only the projects and information your organization has authorized you to access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Portal to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
Accounts and administrators
Your organization’s Portal administrators may invite users, assign roles, control project access, and manage organizational information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify PageDragon promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Project content
You and your organization retain ownership of content submitted to the Portal. You grant PageDragon permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and provide requested features. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is lawful and appropriate to share with its intended recipients.
SMS notification terms
SMS notifications are optional, recurring, and transactional. If you opt in, PageDragon may send messages about project issue creation, updates, assignments, participation, and other notification types you select. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may reply STOP to cancel SMS messages and HELP for help, or change your preferences in the Portal. Consent to receive SMS is not required to use the Portal. For information about our handling of mobile information and consent records, see the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Portal relies on third-party infrastructure and communication providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms, service limits, or availability constraints outside PageDragon’s control.
Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Portal features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” PageDragon disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Portal. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
PageDragon or your organization may suspend or terminate access when an account is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or action is reasonably necessary to protect the Portal or its users. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Portal or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
