Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PageDragon collects, uses, and protects information when people use the PageDragon Portal.

Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, organization, role, and the projects you are permitted to access. If you choose SMS notifications, we also collect the mobile number you provide, your notification preferences, and a record of your consent.
The Portal also stores information you submit while using it, including issues, comments, project journal entries, file metadata, and other project content. We may collect basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide authorized project access, operate Portal features, deliver requested email and SMS notifications, support users, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
SMS privacy and consent
SMS notifications are optional and disabled by default. If you opt in, PageDragon may send recurring transactional messages about project issue creation, updates, assignments, participation, and other notification types you select. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may disable SMS in Portal notification settings or reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Portal.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile information only to service providers that help us deliver and operate the requested messaging service, or when required by law.
Service providers
We use service providers to host and operate the Portal and its communications. These may include Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication and data storage, Netlify for application hosting, SendGrid for email delivery, and Twilio for SMS delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their respective privacy and security terms.
Information sharing
We may share information with your organization’s authorized Portal administrators, with service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct us to share it, or when disclosure is required to protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with law. Project information is limited according to Portal access controls.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Portal, support legitimate business and security needs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update notification preferences in the Portal. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal and organizational recordkeeping requirements.
Children
The Portal is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Portal or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here with a new last-updated date.
